EPF (Employees Provident Fund) Management Software
This software is a useful for maintaining and submitting challans and various forms to the Employees Provident Fund Organisation for the un-exempted establishments. The main features of software is minimum data entry and various reports. By feeding only wages for the PF contribution you gets the following Reports and forms.

Only feeding monthly wages you will get Monthly Challan, Form No. 12A, Contribution Register, Form No. 5, Form No. 10 & covering letter. And by year end to prepare annual return (i.e. Form No. 3A, Form No. 6A, Reconiliation Statement etc.) there is no need for any repeated data entry. Means a single entry of wages is reflected to all forms mentioned above.
It is multiuser software with different rights for different user. In this software there are advanced features such as dues and payment adjustment (reconciliation statement with short/excess payment), Month lock/Unlock facility etc. There is also facility to create a soft copy (floppy or CD based) for submitting to EPF Organisation. Along with mentioned this features a lot of stuff is presenet in it, which cannot be explained here one by one.
